Module 4: Introduction to the Assessment toolkit

Outline:

This module is a cross-curricular toolkit which includes three major parts:

  • practical guidelines presenting why assessment is important and how it works in relation to topics such as food waste and climate change education, including tips on how to use the toolkit
  • the theory behind the assessment toolkit: a conceptual approach based on assessment, reflective and reflexive thinking research
  • a toolkit: including different assessment methods for each step of the programme.

Learning objectives:

Welcome to the assessment toolkit. This module is connected to the programme in a cross-curricular way, since it helps monitoring the progress and learning impact of the content and related experiences on the students, throughout the program.

In this module, teachers and educators will be introduced to the theoretical knowledge behind the assessment kit and to a collection of tools and related guidelines to implement throughout the programme.
